Niet verwacht van een vd Valk hotel. Kwaliteit enorm omhoog geschoten. Lekker eten, goed bereid. Niet 1x, maar toch ieder bezoek wel goed gegeten.

There are lots of reasons to visit a restaurant: good food, good wine, nice view, good atmosphere. For a few of the people who come here, there is another reason to add to the list: good orgasms. No, not at the table, but this is a hotel restaurant in a hotel that features 6 theme rooms. So after you\'ve danced with each other all afternoon on the podium in the Hollywood suite, or relaxed together in the hydrosauna in the Japanese room, or spent all evening splashing in the Swimingpool Suite, you\'ll have build up quite an appetite for food. Luckily the restaurant here is open late, so you can have plenty of fun before sitting down to tuck in. The food is basic with lots of standard meat and fish dishes, which are big on quantity and on value. So after our 6 hours in the pool, we tucked into a mixed grill with Mexican vegetables, and Pork with a sate sauce. These were served with 2 types of potato (fries and roasted) and a bowl which contained spinach and baby carrots (the type that come from the supermarket in a tin). Great if your really hungry. Wine list offers some nice wines and 19,50 for the 2001 vintage from the ever dependable Chateau Beaumont, offers great value. Add the cost of the room and a bottle of Champange on top of the food bill, and you come to the same sort of price as dinner for 2 at a 3* restaurant. A 6 hour meal at a top restaurant is one of the best things you can do, but it can\'t beat fries, meat and a 2 person bubble bath with the love of your life.

Een waanzinnige zaak, erg groot maar door de aparte ruimtes heb je het idee dat je erg knusjes erbij zit! Het eten is niet haute cuisine maar wel erg lekker. Bediening is erg vlot en spontaan.
