Seems to be under new ownership now as there are actually signs outside and people inside. There are actually 2 menus here. The main seems to be turkish based, but with italian influences, so kofte and tagine share a card with ossobuco and vitello tonato. The other menu contains a selection of tapas dishes. We started with a bottle of house wine (16 Euro), which turned out to be from France instead of Chile. Fine to drink though. Food wise my mushroomsoup with truffel was a good way to start and the salmon bonbon flled with tuna was also good (both under 4 euro). The Calamaris were a bit dry though. The meat for my Osobuca ( 12,95) was great, but came with the most auwful rissoto I have ever experienced. Tasted like 5 month old, rancid butter, with a hint of old, sweaty socks. Yuk. The other other dishes were all ok and good value at under 10 euros. We split 1 desert that was ok as well. Had they done something about the risotto on the bill, it would have earned a higher rating, but it was there full price along with all the other dishes. Thats a mistake. Might be worth giving it a 2nd chance though as the final bill was 87 for 4. |
